Pool Information

Heater (temperatures 80-90 degrees)

Pool Testing and Upkeep

Tested in the mornings to maintain consistent chemical levels
Skimmers
Robot cleaner put in at night time

Equipment Needed

Swim suit
Towel
Lifejacket for Preschool Levels
Children who are not toilet trained must wear a diaper
Other equipment (goggles, caps, etc) is optional
All other lesson equipment is provided

Goggles and Lifejackets?

We recommend goggles for Preschool Advanced and Swimmer levels are we start to work on strokes and technique, typically we do not recommend goggles for Preschool Beginner and Preschool Intermediate as we want to work on getting our face wet! (however depends on the child)
Lifejackets are used in Preschool Beginner and Preschool Intermediate classes to develop independence while swimming and body awareness

Cancellation Policy

Swim instructors will notify parents through email if a lesson cancellation occurs if unwell or if they deem the lesson cannot run due to inclement weather days
We will try to provide a make up or rescheduled lessons if it fits within our availability (not guaranteed)

Parent's Role During the Lesson

Parents may drop off children or observe outside in backyard chairs depending on age
We have a large sitting area for parents to watch their children!
It is the parent's responsibility to look after siblings or children not participating in the current lesson

Payment

Waiver and Payment in full must be submitted upfront before lessons begin
Invoices will include payment information (Cash or ET), or paid through our website
